Having commissioned original Leadership research in 2015 with Kingston University’s Business School, we have developed a unique Leadership Assessment and Development tool and programme that is used independently of any recruitment activity. It is unique in that it delivers a development programme to teams and individual leaders bespoke to the context of the environment that they lead and work in. It helps them to define and articulate their own personal sense of purpose and develop five key themes of leadership behaviours that successful leaders demonstrate: Trust, Adaptability, Influence, Vision and Fortitude.

Unusually for the industry, we offer a fixed fee model offering transparency to our clients. This also includes psychometric assessment as standard, as its important to understand team dynamics, individual motivations and to enable a successful integration. This helps to ensure that we find and validate the best and – importantly – most appropriate candidate, regardless of their final package.
