Research project launched into leadership behaviours

Adastrum Consulting, a new breed of executive search business, is partnering with Kingston Business School’s ‘Wellbeing at Work’ (WWK) Research Group to undertake a cutting edge research project exploring leadership behaviours and models that impact business performance.

The WWK Research Group aligns its research activities with a focus on psychological wellbeing for individuals at work. Members of the WWK team are mostly chartered and/or registered psychologists, often combining academic careers with professional practice.

Chris Underwood, managing director at Adastrum Consulting comments: “We help clients convert people performance and potential into business success by identifying attracting and appointing the leaders who will reshape and transform their business.

“We’re immensely excited to be working with Kingston Business School on this ground breaking project and look forward to sharing the results in due course.”
